The Chamber of Commerce has the responsibility of the economic well-being of our community, to preserve our business system, to promote business growth and development.  It is a dynamic living process because its people work for the betterment of their city.  It is primarily an organization of business and professional men and women who have joined together to work for the solution of their mutual business and community.  To summarize, the Chamber of Commerce is an organization through which the volunteer manpower of our community works effectively to make our community a better place in which to live and work.  It is an idea ground for civic endeavor and the community’s department of progress.
